Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rafa’s Woodwork, we take pride in the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we aim to make the process fair, clear, and straightforward.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

If you are a UK or EU customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your physical goods, for any reason.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Once cancelled, you then have 14 days to return the item to us.


2. Physical Products – Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • You must contact us before sending anything back

  • Proof of purchase is required

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


3. Physical Products – Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with UK consumer law. In these cases, we will cover return postage where applicable.


4. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (downloads, plans, files, templates, etc.), all digital sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless:

  • The file is defective or corrupted

  • The wrong product was supplied

  • A refund is required under UK consumer law

If you experience any issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will help resolve it promptly.


5. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Photos (if faulty or damaged)

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.


6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.


8. Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, the following are non-returnable:

  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
