At Rafa’s Woodwork, most of our products are handcrafted and made to order, unless stated otherwise. This policy explains how processing and shipping works for physical and digital products purchased from https://rafaswoodwork.com.
1. Order Processing & Made-to-Order Items
Our standard production model is made to order, unless an item is already “in stock.”
Most made-to-order items are produced and dispatched within 1–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and most are completed sooner.
If an item is in stock, it will usually be dispatched within 1–3 business days.
For larger or fully custom projects, production times may be longer. In those cases, estimated lead times will be clearly stated on the product page or discussed with you after purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
If your order appears lost, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Claims must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
